Description
At miss browns. We love to celebrate the classics. We provide what we like to call 'roots food' - Tried and tested fundamental favourites with a contemporary feel, it’s comfort food with a twist. Our dishes are chosen because somewhere along the line at some point, they have been somebody's favourite dish. It might be Beryl's sausage rolls from the 80's or grandad's curry mince pies with kumara mash. miss brown's is our opportunity to share the love. Why the name? We've always loved the name miss browns and wanted it to be the name of our cafe... And it happens to be Serena's maiden name... (she is no longer a maiden). Dietary Requirements. We cater to a selection of dietary requirements. Items on the top shelf of our cabinet are all gluten free, however there are always a few other gluten free options as well. We also have dairy free and vegan dishes available. If you can't find what you're after then we will do our best to make something up to order. Although we take the best care with these situations, we do not work in an exclusively wheat, gluten, nut, dairy, egg, soybean, fish or shellfish free environment, so please let us know if you are allergic to anything.
