Established in 2008, FORD’s has a reputation for quality dining. Janette is a classically trained chef with many years of experience in the industry. She believes that many chefs over complicate meals and prefers an approach to cooking which allows the individual ingredients to standout. The goal is to respect the ingredients and let them sing. We combine these flavours with a quality wine and great service to provide a great dining experience OUR MENUS Our breakfast, lunch, tapas and dinner menus have been lovingly crafted by Janettes team of great chefs. Using fresh and locally sourced produce to create a menu that represents a modern twist on the classics. CATERING FOR A WIDE VARIETY OF DIETARY REQUIREMENTS The menu also reflects the growing trend for vegetarian and vegan meals and Janette has developed an extensive list of dishes.
