Atomic Travel

We understand plans change. Atomic Travel is happy to TRANSFER your ticket FOR FREE but not refund your ticket. You must complete and submit the ‘Change of Plans’ form. Atomic Travel must receive the ‘Change of Plans’ form BEFORE 5:00 pm the day before the travel date on the voucher. If you don’t show up in time for the journey stated on your voucher (“no-show”) Atomic Travel will not transfer or refund your ticket. Note: When travelling with Atomic Travel infants (0-4 years) and children (5-7 years) must travel with an adult (18 years and up). Infants and children travelling with an adult must travel on a booked seat. Infants are not allowed to travel on the lap of an adult. Children (7-12 years) can travel on their own on selected direct routes. Please state the age of the child so we can send you the Unaccompanied Minors Travel Form (“UMTF”) to fill in details such as who is dropping them off at the departure location and collecting them at the destination including contact information.
