Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 3 days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations. A flat fee deposit is required for on line bookings this fee is non refundable if cancelled after 7 days notice. Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation. Cancellations up to 3 days before the booked date incur no fee. After this time a charge may be incurred. Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation. Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on departure. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by due date. Children and extra beds: All children are welcome. Free! All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bed. Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot/crib. One child or adult is charged NZ$25.00 per night in an extra bed. All older children or adults are charged NZ$25.00 per person per night when using existing beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. The maximum number of baby cots/cribs in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
