T&C´s Health and safety We have a no smoking and/or drinking policy during any of our rock climbing/abseiling adventures. We reserve the right to refuse admission if a participant is intoxicated or under the influence of illicit substances. In this instance, no refund will be given. A medical disclosure form as to be filled in with all details to provide a safe activity. A risk disclose acknowledgment has to be signed to participate in the activity to each individual. Changes to Bookings We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour or price at any time. Cancellations Akaroa Rocks will provide a full refund or credit for cancellations if made more than 24 hours prior to your tour. We reserve the right to charge 100% for no-shows.  Should Akaroa Rocks cancel a tour for any reason, such as inclement weather, Akaroa Rocks will provide either a full refund or will reschedule at your option. Partial and full refunds Any refund will be made to the same credit card that was used to confirm the booking. If you have booked through a third party or booking agent, refunds will be processed through them. Payment Terms The name of the business that will appear on your bank/credit card statements will be Franziska Streisel T/A Rocks . Your account will be charged in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Privacy Akaroa Rocks will hold securely any personal information about you that we receive.  We will only use that information for our own business purposes or objectives.  You may access that information by request made to our offices and request the correction of any errors in that information.
